Our dedicated Home Developer Practice has a proven track record of successfully supporting Home Developers in establishing community structure, implementing guidelines, and maintaining common areas throughout the development process and beyond. A comprehensive understanding of Declarant-controlled communities and the transition process allows the Team to transition along with the community, serving as a liaison for the Developer and eventually serving as managing agent once the association is fully Homeowner-controlled.

Home Developers

Kelli has been a part of the community management services industry since 1992. She has extensive experience having served as a Director of Community Management and Vice President of Community Management. Kelli serves as an Advisory Community Association Manager leading the Single-Family, Active-Adult, Large-Scale, and Home Developers Practices.

Overseeing a committed and experienced Team of Managers, she concentrates on supporting newly developed community associations from well before the first home is built, through the transition to homeowners, and beyond.
