Trestle’s Stephanie Slone to Present at WSCAI’s Board Leadership Development Workshop
Trestle Community Management today announced that Stephanie Slone, CMCA, AMS, Director of Association Management, was selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) Board Leadership Development Workshop alongside other respected industry experts.
This certificated course is a wonderful educational opportunity for new and experienced Board Members. The workshop consists of five weekly 2-hour Zoom sessions highlighting the below topics:
May 3rd: Governing Documents and Roles & Responsibilities
May 10th: Communications, Meetings & Volunteerism
May 17th: Fundamentals of Financial Management
May 24th: Professional Advisors and Service Providers
May 31st: Association Rules & Conflict Resolution
