Trestle’s Operations Proceed While Office Closed to Public
With the release of Governor Jay Inslee’s recent Stay Home order, Trestle Community Management will immediately move to full remote operations. The Trestle team remains available via telephone and email, but the office space will no longer be open to the public. Trestle’s regular business hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and 8:00 am – 3:00 pm on Fridays.
During this time, Trestle’s maintenance team, Northwest Maintenance Service (NWMS), will continue to be onsite in some communities in order to perform essential tasks. For their safety and the safety of residents, the technicians have been trained in proper sanitation processes, provided protective gear, and advised to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Those with questions about the work being performed, are encouraged to contact their Community Association Manager rather than approach the technician.
Trestle continues to closely monitor this evolving situation. When the Trestle office can be safely opened to the public again, notice will be provided. In the meantime, should residents require any assistance, they should not hesitate to contact their Community Association Manager. Owners are also encouraged to visit the Homeowner Portal for up to date information at https://www.trestlecm.com/my-community/.
