NWMS is hiring Advanced and Entry Level Community Maintenance Technicians.
What is NWMS Looking for in Advanced Maintenance Technicians?
Advanced Community Maintenance Technicians working with NWMS deliver a wide variety of enhanced maintenance efforts for Trestle Clients including drywalling, painting, flooring, siding, and roofing projects. A minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar construction or maintenance role performing such tasks is required, as well as a dependable vehicle capable of carrying an extension ladder and tools appropriate for the role.
What is NWMS Looking for in Entry-Level Maintenance Technicians?
Entry Level Maintenance Technicians deliver a wide variety of maintenance efforts for Trestle Clients. Whether you have experience performing weekly grounds maintenance, pressure washing, window washing and gutter or roof cleaning, or are fairly new to the industry with a drive to learn and keep our Clients’ communities looking great, we have a role for you. A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar role is required, as well as a dependable vehicle.
