Trestle’s Emily Van Deusen Promoted to Client Success Manager

Trestle Community Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Van Deusen, CMCA, AMS, to Client Success Manager.
Since joining the community management industry in 2019, Emily has leveraged her extensive customer support background to enhance Client relationships and service delivery. Leading Client-facing Teams since 2021, she has been instrumental in building and growing Trestle’s Client Experience Team, ensuring exceptional service for Homeowners and Board Members alike.
In her new role as Client Success Manager, Emily will continue to lead the Client Experience Team while expanding her focus on proactive Client outreach. Her leadership ensures that every interaction, whether assisting a Homeowner or responding to Board Member feedback, is met with attentiveness and a commitment to resolution. Under Emily’s guidance, the Team will continue setting a high standard for community management by fostering strong, responsive, and solution-driven Client relationships.

The Role of a Client Success Manager
As Client Success Manager, Emily will focus on delivering exceptional Client experiences, improving communication, and ensuring that every Client receives the support they need. Her proactive outreach efforts will strengthen Client relationships, helping Associations operate more efficiently while fostering a positive, collaborative management experience.
