Trestle Community Management today announced that Chellore Knudston, CMCA, AMS, Senior Community Association Manager with Trestle’s Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice and Tina London, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager with Trestle’s Condominium Practice will be presenting at the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI)’s Managers Only Meeting on Thursday, October 28, 2021.
The live webinar titled, “From the Ground Up: Successful transition from Self to Professional Management,” has been designed with Community Association Managers in mind. From WSCAI’s event page,
Self-managed Associations engage professional management companies for a variety of reasons, most commonly due to poor financial and maintenance management by a well-meaning volunteer group of owners who are not educated in the nuances of community management. It is our position to make this onboarding as smooth and seamless as possible for the entire ownership.
In this presentation, we will guide you through the different sections of transition-board training, financial reviews, property & maintenance reviews, including some red flags to look out for.
