Trestle Community Management today announced that Bob Brencic, CMCA, AMS, MBA, President of Trestle and Vanessa Tilberg, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Operations Director, were selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) Community Associations’ Day (CA Day) alongside other respected industry experts. An important informational event, CA Day is “Washington’s largest educational conference and trade show for condominium and homeowner associations and community managers,” according to WSCAI.
Highlighting technology’s effect on community associations, Bob will present, “Are Your Home Market Values Being Impacted by Today’s Technology Trends?” With a keen eye for innovation and technological solutions, Bob is prepared to discuss the ways in which technology affects communities and enterprising solutions to drive community success.
Together with Jackie Davis of BlueSky Restoration Contractors and Ila Kane, CMCA, AMS of EMB Management, an Associa Company, Vanessa will present, “WSCAI 101: Getting the Most Out of Your Membership as a Manager, Board Member or Business Partner.” As the outgoing Chair of the Law Day Committee, member of the Legislative Action Committee (LAC), prior member of the Community Outreach Committee and nearly 10 years’ experience in the community association management industry, Vanessa is well-versed in the benefits and importance of WSCAI. The panel discussion will focus on the ways in which WSCAI members can get involved and expand their knowledgebase to benefit their communities.
