Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a Management On-Demand contract with 358 Degrees Flats, 358 Degrees Townhomes and 358 Degrees Master Association. The communities have joined Trestle’s specialized Home Developer Practice.

358 Degrees Flats, Townhomes and Master Association are newly constructed communities. Located in Shoreline, residents enjoy a mix of townhomes and single-level condos, with quick access to top schools, restaurants, shopping, and recreation.
