Trestle to Return to its Office After COVID-19 Pandemic
Trestle Community Management today announced that, after moving its operations fully remote in April 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, its Team will be returning to the office.
Evaluating the needs of its Team and Client Associations, Trestle redesigned its office earlier this year and eliminated over 60% of its office space. The evolved workspace will serve as a community hub and an excellent meeting space to accommodate Trestle’s hybrid remote work model and its Clients and business partners. To best accommodate visitors, Trestle’s office will be open by appointment only. Through this approach, Trestle will ensure the appropriate Team Member, such as a designated Community Association Manager or Accounting Team Member, is on hand to assist Board Members, Homeowners and business partners with their specific need or inquiry.
As the COVID-19 pandemic arose and progressed, Trestle was uniquely positioned to continue business as usual. Implementing advanced remote technologies in 2019 before the pandemic struck, Trestle’s Team Members were prepared to simply move its operations fully remote in 2020. As a result, Trestle was able to devote its time to supporting Clients, assisting Board Members in transitioning to remote meetings, and providing updated guidance and recommendations. Trestle continues to further support Clients through the creation and regular updating of its COVID-19 Information Hub, which provides ongoing guidance amidst changing proclamations and government orders.
As Trestle’s team returns to the office, the firm will resume its hybrid remote work approach. Trestle has found allowing Team Members to work remotely, as needed, frees up their schedules and ensures a better work/life balance, which upholds Trestle’s supportive work culture. A hybrid remote model provides Team Members an opportunity to prioritize their Clients’ needs, attend informative industry events and focus on their continuing education, all to the benefit of Trestle’s Client Associations. Similarly, the approach ensures that Team Members have more time outside of work to focus on their personal growth and passions. Trestle’s hybrid remote model is just one of many things which promote a positive work environment, maintaining Trestle’s supportive culture which helps Trestle to retain the best talent in the industry and receive regular recognition as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces.
