Trestle Community Management today announced that it is sponsoring the Washington State chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI)’s June Board Members & Homeowners Webinar. Presented by Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC., WSCAI explains that the webinar will “review the reserve study process from start to finish including the common reserve study contract options and what to consider when selecting a reserve study provider, the process for preparation of a reserve study including the common documents necessary for the study, how to review the study and work with your provider to implement study revisions, how to select which funding plan to follow and what supplementary inspections an association can and should incorporate in the study.” This is a wonderful educational opportunity for Board Members and community leaders alike.
