Trestle Names Melissa Musser as Suburban Growth Practice Director
Trestle Community Management announced the hire of Melissa Musser as Suburban Growth Practice Director. Reporting to Trestle’s President, Melissa’s role will build a Practice area focused on developer and declarant community formation and trustee services, through transition to member owners, for large scale, homeowner and master associations.

Combining Melissa’s extensive experience with Trestle’s focused partnership ecosystem for this market, and established accounting and management processes, I’m confident this will be a breakthrough Practice for our development partner clients to depend on,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle President. “I am excited to have someone with Melissa’s background as part of the Trestle team.”
Melissa brings to Trestle a deep developer and community management experience base over the last 11-years. Most recently she served as Executive Community Relations Director at Benjamin Ryan Communities where she was the internal declarant advocate for community Boards, providing assistance and transition for their newly developed communities. Prior to that Melissa served as Division Director of Association Management at Phillips Real Estate Services where she managed their community management division. Melissa is a City Councilmember for the city of Des Moines, WA, has CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and an AMS (Association Management Specialist) certifications, and hands-on experience managing large scale communities and construction projects.
