Trestle Hires Erik Deitz as Senior Project Manager
Trestle Community Management today announced it has hired Erik Deitz as a Senior Project Manager working with Trestle’s Project Office.

Erik brings an extensive background in successfully managing a wide range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a family background in real estate and investment properties, Erik began his career managing properties before transitioning into project management and construction. His in-depth knowledge of reserve projects, insurance loss recovery, and complex community guidance makes him a valuable asset to the Project Office.
What is the Project Office?
Designed to streamline and effectively manage insured and uninsured losses, reserve projects, and large-scale exterior remediation efforts, the Project Office exclusively serves Trestle’s Clients.
Through this highly experienced and specialized team, Trestle Clients receive dedicated project oversight, while continuing to work with their Community Association Manager on the day-to-day operational aspects of their community. The Project Office serves all of Trestle’s Practices and, through a joint effort with each Association’s Community Association Manager, ensures that complex projects stay on track while maintaining proactive communication with community members.
The Project Office’s Scope of Work
With years of experience successfully managing projects and advising Associations, Trestle’s Project Office specializes in the following project types:
• Unexpected loss coordination and supervision, including insurance claim management
• Mitigation organization and oversight
• Water loss remediation management
• Reserve project planning and communication
• Large-scale exterior remediation project planning, coordination, and implementation
• Guidance with complex funding needs, including loan assistance and special assessments
Handling large-scale projects is a complex and challenging task for community Associations. Proper planning and coordination are crucial when executing reserve projects, such as roof replacements, exterior painting, and infrastructure upgrades. The Project Office Team works closely with Boards and the assigned Community Association Manager to prioritize projects and coordinate the proposal process, ensuring projects are completed to plan.
