Trestle Enhances Employee Skills
Trestle Community Management today announced that it continues to successfully implement recurring and ongoing Team Member educational efforts. As part of its continued focus on Team Member growth and success, enhancing skills, knowledge of current industry topics and providing value for its Clients, Trestle began holding bi-monthly Trestle Talks events in September 2019 and has continued the effort since that time.
“Trestle’s culture is one that focuses on supporting our Team Members and their continued professional growth,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “We are pleased that our focus on education has allowed our Team to better collaborate, excel in their roles and exceed our Clients’ expectations.”
Partnering with industry leaders and experts, as well as resources outside of the Community Association industry, Trestle has assisted its Team in learning valuable time management skills, strengthening its knowledge of the financial industry and cross training its Team to better understand the valuable role each Member plays.
In addition to bi-monthly educational events, Trestle has continued to support and encourage all Team Members to attend advanced training offered by Community Associations Institute (CAI) and pursue continuing education credits and industry credentials. These efforts can be seen across the company as Team Members obtain highly regarded credentials and use their expertise to serve in an advisory capacity for the greater Association Management industry.
