Trestle Companies Named to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Trestle Community Management today announced that its parent company Northwestern Improvement Company has been named No. 1176 on the list of Inc. 5000 America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — independent small businesses.
“Being named to the exclusive Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies is even further validation that Community Association Boards are seeking the Professional and Execution-oriented approach Trestle uniquely delivers in the Puget Sound,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “It is a proof-point that no other local firm in our industry has achieved to give Clients confidence that selecting a professional firm like Trestle is the best way to ensure their communities are properly managed.”
Trestle and its complementary sister company Northwest Maintenance Services have been able to grow from 2015 through 2018 at a high rate while preserving the quality of service to Clients because of established and mature processes, procedures and technologies put in place years ago that drive consistent efficiencies today. Further, having an excellent company culture, benefits and work environment, as validated by Trestle recently being selected a 2019 100 Best Washington Workplace by the PSBJ, Trestle and Northwest Maintenance attract and retain the best people in the industry to perform them.
