Trestle Celebrates 6 Year Anniversary by Surpassing 10,000 Homes Under Management
Trestle Community Management today announced that, as the firm celebrates its 6th anniversary, it has surpassed 10,000 homes and approximately 150 Clients under management. Following the acquisition of Trestle in 2014, Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President and Owner, has steadily grown the firm’s Client base, implemented advanced technologies and consistent, streamlined, and efficient processes, and recruited and retained the best talent in the community management industry.
“In a very short 6-years Trestle has become the leading Community Management firm in Washington state not only for our growth, but for our Professionalism and ability to consistently Execute,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “The growth and awards we have achieved, and continue to achieve, are complete validation of our superior approach to Community Management.” This measured and strategic approach has allowed Trestle to attract and retain Clients, receive consistent positive feedback from both Clients and team members, and build a lasting structure which will allow Trestle to continue to thrive.
Trestle’s success is further demonstrated in its ever-growing list of awards and recognitions. In addition to recently being named a finalist on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s (PSBJ) Best Workplaces of 2020, Trestle’s managers have been continually nominated for Manager of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of Community Association Institute with the firm’s own Kristen Ledbetter winning the award in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, Trestle was recognized by a PSBJ as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces, one of the Eastside’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies and one of Washington’s 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies. The firm was also recognized on Inc. 5000’s list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
