Trestle Acquires McCue Community Management Business
Trestle Community Management announced today it has acquired the community management business of McCue and Associates, Inc.
The combination creates a mid-sized firm with management of more than 50 communities and 2,600 homes in the Seattle area, with a pure focus on managing community associations.
Trestle, known for its excellent client satisfaction and value priced Management On-Demand service approach, will apply those same principals at the combined firm which will be called Trestle Community Management, according to Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President and Owner.
Trestle has hired most of the former McCue community management team and assumed its office space in Bellevue, WA. Norm McCue, a pioneer in the industry, will serve as an advisor in the role of “Of Counsel” to Bob Brencic, and will consult to Clients for highly complex issues.
The acquisition brings decades of community management experience and a full accounting team to Trestle Community Management.
Going forward McCue and Associates, Inc. will focus on its Main-Tech’s maintenance services and McCue Management businesses for real estate rental management and investments. The two firms will partner for community management, maintenance and rental management activities.
Clients and vendors of both firms should expect to see little change in management interface and daily management activities. Over time Trestle will consolidate the best processes, skills, technologies and assets to offer even better service levels to Clients.
