Trestle’s Vanessa Tilberg to Present at WSCAI’s Annual Conference
Trestle Community Management today announced that Vanessa Tilberg, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Operations Director at Trestle, was selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) Annual Conference.
Vanessa will present “Reserve Studies: Everything You Need to Know” with Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC. The program will review the reserve study process from start to finish offering the perspective of both a reserve study professional and a community association manager.
Vanessa will also present “How to Say What You Want and Keep Your Job” with Kristen Ledbetter, CMCA, AMS, PCAM of Associa EMB Management. Designed for community association managers, the session will focus on communicating effectively to build trust, resolve conflicts, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
