Trestle Community Management today announced that it is sponsoring the Washington State chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI)’s October Managers Only Meeting – How ADR & Mediation Can Help Bring Peace. The hour and a half webinar will present a wonderful educational opportunity for Managers and management company leaders.
As explained by WSCAI, “Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) can help with neighbor disputes and conflicts between Board Members, owners, and vendors. We will discuss scenarios and how managers can utilize the ADR process to resolve disputes and bring peace to the community. Mediation is a private, confidential, and inexpensive way for parties to solve disputes. In mediation, the participants mutually seek to resolve their differences using the services of a trained, neutral third party: the mediator.”
