Trestle, its Client Shumway COA, Two Managers, and its Operations Director Receive Prestigious Nominations from WSCAI
Trestle Community Management today announced that it has again been nominated for the Business Partner Company of the Year award by the Washington State chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI). In addition, its Managers Chelsea Webster, CMCA, AMS, PCAM and Loralynn Helm, CMCA, AMS have been nominated for the esteemed Manager of the Year award, its Operations Director Vanessa Tilberg, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been nominated as Volunteer of the Year, and Walt Huyser, Board President with Trestle’s Client Shumway COA, has been nominated as Homeowner/Board Member of the Year.
“This is Trestle’s third year being nominated as Business Partner Company of the Year and for the sixth consecutive year, multiple Trestle Community Managers have been nominated for Community Manager of the Year by their Clients and peers within the industry,” said Bob Brencic, CMCA, AMS, MBA, President of Trestle Community Management. “This year’s nominations again recognize the consistent professionalism and ability to execute by Trestle and its Managers.”
Chelsea, Senior Community Association Manager, has been with Trestle since 2019. She works with Trestle’s Active Adult Practice providing expert advice and consultative services designed to meet the unique needs of active adult communities. Loralynn Helm, CMCA, AMS, is a Senior Community Association Manager and has been with Trestle since 2017. In that time, she has successfully guided Clients in managing challenging maintenance projects. To better serve its Clients, Trestle formed its Project Office in 2022 from which Loralynn now oversees large-scale projects and insurance claims.
Vanessa spent several years managing a portfolio of clients and preparing accrual financials before transitioning into operations. Within her role as Operations Director, she oversees the firm’s Client Experience and Accounting Teams which are centered on internal and external support and communication. In addition to several speaking engagements with WSCAI and CAI, and contributions to WSCAI’s Community Associations Journal, she has served on the WSCAI Outreach and Law Day Committees and is now the Secretary of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee (LAC).
