Trestle’s Kristen Ledbetter Provides Budget Education as the Firm Ensures Timely Delivery of Draft Budgets to its Clients
Trestle Community Management today announced that all 2022 draft budgets have been provided to its Clients with a January 1 fiscal year. Timely distribution of draft budgets will allow Clients to proceed with reviews, approvals, and ratification meetings in advance of the often-busy holiday season.
“Delivering draft budgets to Board Members by the end of September provide our Clients plenty of time to perform a thorough review and present approved budgets to Homeowners well before deadlines,” said Bob Brencic, CMCA, AMS, MBA, President of Trestle Community Management. “Trestle’s mature and repeatable processes enable us to consistently execute for our Clients.”
