Trestle Hires Pat Rooney as Senior Community Manager
Trestle Community Management today announced it has hired Pat Rooney, CMCA, AMS, PCAM as Senior Community Manager on Trestle’s Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice.
Pat brings to Trestle over 30-years’ experience in the Association Management industry. For the last 13-years he has served in various general management positions at very large resort communities such as Cape George Colony Club, Providence Point, and Wapato Point. In these roles, Pat was responsible for managing highly complex facilities comprised of multiple Mid-Rise buildings, lodging, social programs, amenities, utilities, and staff. Prior to managing communities, Pat worked as Maintenance Supervisor at King County Housing Authority.
Pat holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. He serves as Treasurer on the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) Legislative Action Committee (LAC) in support of Community Association legislation in Washington State and is liaison with Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Government & Public Affairs Committee for national topics. In this role he was involved in the public reviews for the recently passed Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) which went into law in 2018.
