Trestle’s Suburban Growth Practice Director to Moderate Panel at CAI Event
Trestle Community Management announced today its Suburban Growth Practice Director, Melissa Musser, will moderate a panel at Community Associations Institute 4th Quarter Chapter Luncheon.
Ms. Musser’s panel will discuss “Is TREE a Four Letter Word in Your Association” jointly with Dennis Boyd, Senior Vice President, HUB International NW, Kimberly Taylor, Director of Marketing and Business Development, Arborwell, and Kenneth Strauss, Esq., Flanagan Strauss, PLLC.
Trees most often beautify a community associations’ property and appeal. However, whether on a common area, nature protected area, or on a neighboring property, they can cause property damage, clean-up costs, and legal issues in a number of unexpected circumstances. The panel will discuss how to plan in advance and handle potential negative situations.
