Trestle Successfully Supports its Team During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Trestle Community Management today announced that it has continued to maintain near normal operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Since its operations temporarily moved fully remote in response to the pandemic in March 2020, Trestle has actively prioritized Client and Team satisfaction.
In order to maintain a connection and keep morale high, Trestle has surprised its Team with gift packages including locally made cookies, pet care packages, and snack grab bags. They have also arranged recurring virtual events including game nights, social hours, and lunchtime breaks. Further, they have planned regular competitions most recently including a Halloween costume contest, Thanksgiving themed Chopped! event, and a gingerbread house decorating party.
“Making sure employees are connected and valued during times of separation helps keep our Trestle culture as strong as ever,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “It’s activities like these that help us to excel and become one of the 100 best workplaces in Washington for two consecutive years.”
Trestle’s ongoing focus on connection and consistency has helped the company maintain ongoing positive client feedback, be recognized as one of Washington’s best workplaces for the second year in a row, and see three of its Managers be nominated for Washington State’s Manager of the Year Award from WSCAI.
