Trestle Outlines Process for Compliance Enforcement
While evaluating all aspects of Community Association Management and the steps Trestle needs to take to ensure seamless operations for its client associations, it was determined that compliance enforcement will proceed as normal. Just as associations are tasked with collecting assessments, they are also tasked with equal and equitable enforcement of the governing documents. As such, Trestle’s compliance enforcement activities will remain unchanged at this time. However, communities are encouraged to consider extending the deadlines for expensive, non-urgent projects such as exterior painting of homes.
As many residents are adhering Washington State’s Stay Home order, community noise levels may increase, especially in homes with shared walls. During this time, Trestle encourages residents to adhering to their community’s rules, respect their neighbors, and actively work to maintain a reasonable noise level in their homes.
As always, Trestle is here to help communities and will continue to monitor this evolving situation and provide recommendations as appropriate. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to assist – our general office phone is (425) 454-6404 and email is Admin@TrestleCM.com.
