Trestle Welcomes Skagit Highlands Homeowners Association

Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contact for Full Management services with Skagit Highlands Homeowners Association in Mt. Vernon, WA.  Skagit Highlands contains over 700 single-family homes, town homes and condominiums.

The 209-acre master-planned development, located in Mount Vernon, Washington, contains several large neighborhood parks, open space natural areas and wetlands, and miles of walking trails.
